纳米水泥石导电性与压敏性的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨了纳米水泥石电阻率的测试方法,而后利用正交设计以及单因素试验法研究了掺加有2种不同相的纳米氧化钛水泥石的导电性和压敏性。结果表明:纳米氧化钛会增加水泥石的极化作用,适当的测试方法可以消除极化作用对电阻率测试结果的影响;具有纳米效应的纳米氧化钛可以在水泥石内部形成导电网络,从而有效地改善水泥石的导电性;与掺有具有非半导体特性的纳米金红石相氧化钛的水泥石不同,掺有具有半导体特性的纳米锐钛相氧化钛的水泥石具有压敏性,且其电阻率变化率约为7%-10%。 The testing method of specific resistance of cement paste that admixes with nano-TiO2 was firstly studied. And using the method of orthogonal design and single factor,the electrical resistance and the stress sensing effect of cement paste admixing with two kinds of nano-TiO2 were also researched. The results show that,nano-TiO2 increases cement's polarization,and proper testing method decreases the effect of polarization on testing results of specific resistance. As possessing dimensional effect,nano-TiO2 forms conductive net in cement paste and improves its electrical resistance.The results also show that,the cement admixing with nanophase anatase titanium dioxide that possesses semiconductor performance has the property of pressure-sensitivity,and its change rate in specific resistance is about 7%~10%. However,the cement paste admixing with nanophase rutile titanium dioxide without semiconductor performance has not pressure-sensitivity.
