不动杆菌耐碳青霉烯类抗生素机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 碳青霉烯类(Carbapenem)抗生素属于β-内酰胺类抗生素,是迄今为止开发的抗菌药物中抗菌谱最广、抗菌作用最强的一类抗生素。由于该类药物对β-内酰胺酶高度稳定,包括耐三代头孢菌素的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)及头孢菌素酶(如AmpC酶),而且本身又具有抑酶作用,因而具有广谱、强效、耐酶、抑酶等诸多优点。已上市的碳青霉烯类抗生素有亚胺培南/西司他丁、美洛培南、帕尼培南、法罗培南。
