摘要
介绍了振动强化抛光用磨块的制备工艺 ,采用绿碳化硅 ( TL)和立方氮化硼 ( JLD)混合磨料与陶瓷结合剂配合 ,经炼泥、成形、干燥、烧结、打磨等粉末冶金的方法制备磨块 ,该类磨块用于不锈钢等材料的工件表面振动强化抛光效果明显 ,抛光表面的表面粗糙度可达 Ra0 .2μm,抛光效率可提高 30 0 % ,对制备其他材料工件振动强化抛光用磨块具有参考价值。
This paper introduces the preparation tech ni ques of the grinding cake for intensifying and polishing by the way of vibration .It adopts TL & JLD commix milling materials,makes it work in pottery bond,and p repare grinding cake by using powder metallurgy methods,such as,shaping,drying,s intering and shining.Adopting this type of cake in polishing material such as st ainless steel,it presents that the effect is obvious that surface roughness can reach R a 0.2 μm,polishing efficiency can be improved by three times.Thus,t his way is valuable for preparing vibrating-polishing cake by the use of other materials.
