“止脱灵”对实验性大鼠雄激素的调节及对毛发脱落的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :观察止脱灵对实验性大鼠血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、T/E2 的调节作用及对毛发脱落的影响。方法 :采用大鼠颈后皮下注射 5mg/kg·d剂量的丙酸睾丸酮造成脂脱模型 ,同时按止脱灵大、中、小剂量组灌胃 ,并用安体舒通作阳性对照组 ,每天观察脱毛区脱毛情况 ,连续给药 60天后取血 ,用放射免疫法检测各组动物血清T、E2 及T/E2 。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,模型组大鼠血清T明显升高 ,T/E2 明显升高 ,单位面积脱毛数量明显增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗各组与模型组比较 ,血清T降低 ,T/E2 降低 ,单位面积脱毛数量减少 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脂脱大鼠体内存在着明显的性激素(尤其是雄激素 )失调 ,“止脱灵”可使紊乱的T/E2 趋于正常 ,预防毛发脱落。 Objective:To investigate the regulation of Zhituoling(ZTL) on testosterone (T), estradiol (E 2) and the proportion of T to E 2(T/E 2) in rats blood and effect of lose hair. Methods: Seborrheic alopecia model was established by subcutaneous injection of T (5mg/kg·d), feeding with ZTL (15g/kg, 10g/kg, 5g/kg) in the same time continuously for 60 days. Used spironolaction (SPT) as control group. T, E 2 and T/E 2 groups were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) method. Results: As compared with the normal group, the levels of T and T/E 2 were higher. As compared with model group, the levels of T and T/E 2 were lower in treated group. Conclusion: There is an obvious imbalance of sex hormones (specially androgenic hormones) in seborrheic alopecia. ZTL has the contraction of alopecin of hair. It can make the T/E 2 to be stable.
