摘要
由同一产地的炒青茶叶样品经CDE-3粉碎机粉碎成I、II、III型茶粉,分别测定I、II、III型茶粉含水量、水浸出物、茶多酚、咖啡碱、纤维素等化学成分的含量,通过对实验结果的综合分析,认为II型茶粉品质最好。
The contents of chemical elements of the powder I、II、III, gained from Fried Tea which come from the same place of origin and are smashed by CDE-3 pulverizer are mensurated. After the synthetical analysis the result showed that the NO. II powder has the best quantity.
