Petroleum security is a vital part of economy and country security. It includs the security and authentic of petroleum supply, petroleum consumption, petroleum reservation,ect. With the development of Chinese economy ,petroleum security become more and more important in our state energy security and to construct national stratgic reservation of petroleum is necessary.
