摘要
有无人文精神是决定一个教师能否成为名师的先决条件,人文关怀是师德建设的基础。关爱与引导、民主与尊重、期望与激励、内省与陶冶是教师实施人文关怀和加强自身建设的有效途径。
The educational thought of humanism is the prerequisite which determines whether a teacher could be a famous teacher. The effective approach of putting humane solicitude into effect and enhancing self education is offering solicitude and guidance, democracy and respect, expectation and excitation, and introspection and edify.
