摘要
目的 为了研究围产儿死亡评审对降低围产儿死亡率的作用,明确围产期保健的重点,制订正确的对策和 相应的措施。方法 采用回顾性的研究方法,对深圳市罗湖区1994～2003年的围产儿死亡情况进行比较、分析。 结果 以1999年为界,评审前后的围产儿死亡率及死亡构成有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 说明开展 围产儿死亡评审工作对降低深圳市罗湖区的围产儿死亡率起到了重要的作用。通过评审发现围产儿的主要死亡 原因,制定有针对性的干预措施,是降低围产儿死亡率的重要且有效的途径。
Objective To explore the effect of censoring of perinatal death on reducing the perinatal mortality and to find out the priority of perinatal health care,which help making correct strategies.Methods A retrospective research method is used to analyze the cases of perinatal death in ShenZhen LuoHu from 1994 to 2003.Results The perinatal mortalities and the death proportions before and after the performing of this censoring were all obviously different(P< 0.001 ,P<0.001).Conclusion The censoring of the perinatal death plays an important role in reducing the death rate of perinatal children in ShenZhen LuoHu.It is an important and effective method to reduce the perinatal mortality by performing censoring to find out the main cause of death so that we can take the pertinency intervening measures.
