胰岛素泵和胰岛素笔在2型糖尿病中强化降糖疗效的比较

Clinic Obzervation of the Control Blood Sugar in Type 2 Diabetes with Insulin Bump and Insulin Pen

目的 比较胰岛素泵和胰岛素笔在2型糖尿病强化降糖中疗效的差异。方法 将2型糖尿病病人随机分成 两组,胰岛素泵组的病人采用胰岛素泵降糖治疗,胰岛素笔组的病人采用胰岛素笔降糖治疗。监测两组病人治疗 前后全天血糖谱的变化,观察并比较血糖达标所需要的时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率等情况。结果 胰岛素泵 组与胰岛素笔组相比,在血糖达标所需的时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率等方面有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结 论 胰岛素泵和胰岛素笔对2型糖尿病患者强化降糖治疗均有效,且胰岛素泵降糖效果优于胰岛素笔。

Objective To compare the differences of efficases of the control blood sugar in 2 diabetes with insulin bump and insulin pen.Method The patients with 2 diabetes were divided into 2 groups randomly, one group were treated with insulin bump and another were treated with insulin pen.The whole day blood sugar of the patients before and after therapy were detected,and the time needed for blood sugar to nomal, the amount of insulin used,and the incidence of hypoglycemia happened were observed and compared.Result Compared with insulin pen group,the time needed for blood sugar to nomal was shorter,the amount of insulin used was less and the number of hypoglycemia happened was lower in insulin bump group(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes with insulin bump and insulin pen were efficacy, and the efficacies of treatment with insulin bump were super than with insulin pen.
