摘要
本文用体细胞快速染色剂对 2 5 0份宫颈糜烂妇女的宫颈分泌物进行了染色。对观察到的细胞炎性病变、癌前病变及恶性肿瘤细胞进行了显微摄影。并根据理论与实际观察结果对癌前病变细胞形态以及细胞突变致癌的过程进行了探讨 ,认为宫颈 /阴道细胞学中有关鳞状细胞形态可分成三类 ,即炎性细胞、癌前病变细胞及肿瘤细胞。
Objective and Methods: The cervical secretion of 250 cervical erosion women has been stained by somatic fast stain. Infammatory, precancerous and cancerous cells were micrographed. Results and Conclusion: We researched process of precancerous cells and cancerogenous cells on the basis of relative theory and practice, it is considered that the scale cell forms should be classified into three types: Inflammatory, precancerous and cancerous cells.
