与Down′s综合征发生相关的环境因子的流行病学分析

Analysis of the environmental factors involved in Down syndrome

目的 分离并分析与我国Down′s综合征 (DS)发生相关的环境因子及影响因素。方法 用传统的流行病学病例 -对照方法收集资料 ,再进行单因素和多因素的非条件性Logistic回归分析。结果 母亲自然流产史、长期接触电脑等辐射、长期被动吸烟、饮酒、使用多量味精、孕前服用避孕药及抗感染药是DS发生的危险因素。在父亲方面的危险因素有吸烟、饮酒、味精和肝炎病史。结论 这些因素与DS存在一定的相关性。进一步研究细胞遗传学和分子生物学有助于明确其作用机制。

Objective: To analyze the environmental factors involved in Down syndrome(DS) recently in China. Methods: The hospital-based case-control study was carried out and the risk factors were evaluated by Uni-and Multi-uncinditional logstic model. Results: The maternal exposed factors such as abortion, long time and low dose radiation, passive smoking, drinking, MSG(monosodium glutamate),contraceptive tablet, anti-infection drug were considered to be related to a higher incidence of DS. Paternal risk factors were smoking, MSG, drnking and hepatitis. Conclusion: These factors seem to be related with DS to a certain extent, and further experiments on cytogenetics and molecular biology need to be conducted for uncovering their mechanism.
