缺氧诱导因子 - 1(Hypoxia -induciblefactor- 1,HIF - 1)是由α和 β两个亚单位形成的二聚体 ,其功能是体内氧平衡的主要调节因子 ,它通过与靶基因特定序列DNA结合而调控它们的转录。新近研究发现HIF - 1参与了与妊高征相关的低氧反应基因表达的调节 ,在妊高征病理生理过程中起到关键作用。本文就HIF - 1与妊高征的关系综述如下。
