巨细胞病毒与硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖的关系
摘要
人巨细胞病毒是一组广泛感染人群的双股DNA链病毒。近年来 ,已发现巨细胞病毒感染与细胞膜受体硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖有关。研究表明巨细胞病毒通过细胞膜受体吸附穿入细胞 ,影响细胞内系列级联反应 ,引起宿主感染。本文就近年的有关研究作一综述。
