信息资源数字化重构中的社会性初探

本文从网络时代信息资源的构建方法及传播手段的特点出发,指出了信息资源在数字化重构与传播的过程中存在着的隐性流失问题,强调了在网络环境下信息资源必须具备的社会性,提出在信息数字化重构中,为了完整地保留资源的社会性,信息工作者必须具备“挖掘能力”和“选择能力”。并建议无论是信息工作者还是信息使用者都应对此引起重视,尽量使数字化信息资源的构建、传播和使用日趋完整规范,以提高社会效益。

This paper, starting with the construction skills and dissemination media of information resources in the Internet era, points out the covert drain in the digitized reconstruction and dissemination of the information. It emphasizes the sociality that is indispensable to information under the Internet circumstance, suggesting that network employees be capable of “exploring” and “selecting” in the process of digitized reconstruction of information so as to maintain the sociality of the information resources. It further suggests that importance be attached to it by both the Internet staff and the information user, so that the construction, dissemination and use of the digital information can be better managed and the social benefit can be increased.
