The Korea Peninsula Issue and the Regionalism in the Northeast Asia

区域主义是冷战后国际社会的一股重要趋势与潮流,但东北亚地区的区域主义实践并不理想。朝鲜半岛问题是建设东北亚区域主义的一个重大影响因素,双方有着密切的互动关系。根据朝鲜半岛问题的多层面性和历史启示,从经济、政治、安全和社会文化等多个角度开展适宜的工作,一定会创造出朝鲜半岛问题与东北亚区域主义建设的"双赢"局面。

Although the regionalism has become an important trend among international communities after the Cold War, it still remains an unfulfilled promise in the Northeast Asia. The most prominent blocking stone for the establishment of regionalism in the Northeast Asia is the Korean Peninsula issue, which determines and is determined by the process of the regionalism in this area. This paper asserts that a 'double win' will be achieved concerning the establishment of the regional international community and the peaceful resolution of the Korean Peninsula Issue, provided that appropriate measures of economy, politics, security and culture shall be effectively implemented in light of the multi-dimensionality of the Korean Peninsular Issue and historical experience.
