A Dual-System Analysis Model of Sustainable Development for Enterprise's Harmony Based on Economical Cybernetics

本文提出了基于经济控制论原理的企业可持续发展双系统协和分析模型,给出了本体系统与联体系统的概念。并用该双系统模型对企业的可持续发展问题进行了协和分析,认为企业的可持续发展需要建立在本体系统的协和与联体系统的协和两个协和之上,缺一不可。只有这样,企业才有可能实现内外协和的涌现,实现企业的可持续发展。最后,文章给出了结论与建议。

In this paper, author puts forward a dual-system analysis model of sustainable development for enterprise's harmony based on economical cybernetics. The definition of ontic systems and related systems is simultaneity presented in this paper. Through the dual-system model the author makes a harmony analysis for the issue of enterprises' sustainable development,and draw a conclusion that enterprises' sustainable development must build on the foundation of both ontic and related harmony. Thus,the harmony of a corporation from the interior and exterior can emerge, which contributes to the realization of enterprises' sustainable development. Finally,some suggestions and conclusions are showed.
