上海市“十一五”期间城市创新体系建设目标与思路

On the Goal and Idea of Constructing the Innovation System in Shanghai during "the Evenlth Five" Strategy

本文以创新理论、区域经济学和城市创新体系研究为基础,分别从区域经济地位和影响城市创新体系的主要因素出发,研究了上海城市创新体系具备的基础和条件,并对上海即将到来的“十一五”期间建设和完善城市创新体系提出了建议。

On the basis of studying the innovation theory, region economy and city innovation system,by analyzing the status of region econmy and the main factors of city innovation system,this article investigate the basis and conditions of Shanghai city innovation system, and put forward some suggestions on the construction and completion of the system of city innovation in the coming Eleventh 5-Year plan.
