摘要 本文回顾了质量功能展开(QFD)方法提出的背景及发展状况,总结了一些学者对QFD方法的定义,以及它的应用情况,最后简单总结了QFD的应用模式。 This paper reviews the background of the establishment of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and its development, summarizes some experts' definitions of QFD and its applications as well. At last, the paper sums up the ways of applying QFD briefly
