腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤113例分析

A Clinical Analysis of 113 Benign Ovarian Epithelial Tumor Treated byLapa roscopy

目的:探讨电视腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:收集自1996年1月至2 0 0 3年6月在我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤患者共113例进行回顾性分析。结果:95例行腹腔镜下肿瘤剔除术,18例行附件切除术。术后随访96例,时间半年到7年。1例在术后1年复发,为同侧卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤;1例术后7年发生双侧卵巢乳头状浆液性囊腺癌;其余患者术后均无复发,无腹膜粘液瘤发生。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective:To as sess the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatme nt of benign epithelial ovarian tumor. Methods:We retrospectively an alyzed patients with benign ovarian epithelial tumor who u nderwent laparos copic operation.From Jan,1996 to Jun,2003 in our hospital. Results:Tolally 113 patients received laparoscopic surg ery.95 cases underwent laparoscopic ovaria n cystectomy.18 cases underwent lapa roscopic adnexectromy.96 cases were follow ed up for a period from six monthes t o 7 years.One patient had a recurrent ovari an serous cystadenoma.One patient d eveloped serous cystadenocarcinoma at 7 ye ars after operat ion.No pantient developed pseudomyxoma per itonei after surgery. Conclusions:Laparoscopy is a safe and effec tive methods in the treatment of benign ova rian ep ithelial tumor.
