摘要
共振是机械结构不可避免的问题之一,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对设计的结构进行模态分析,将有效预估结构的振动特性,优化结构设计.以某铣刀主轴为例,介绍了软件的应用方法,并给出了计算结果.
Sympathetic vibration is one of important problem in structure design. Designed structure can be model analysis using Finite element analysis codes ANSYS, and the results will effectively estimate vibration specific of structure in order to optimize structure design. The model analysis about principal axis of milling cutter with ANSYS is shown as an example to demonstrate the use of the codes, and the calculating results are given.
