摘要
本文力图通过梳理精英转换问题的理论脉络,来把握研究者们的思路,从而指出精英转换问题的研究中存在的疏漏和有待进一步研究的问题。目前国内外有关精英转换的研究存在三个方面的不足:一是非正式制度的缺席;二是嵌入性的把握不足;三是对中国城乡二元结构的忽视。
The article tries to hackle the skeleton of the theory and the system so that we can find out many problems of the subject which can be worked over. The author thinks that there are three shortages: informal system is lost; embed quality is ignored; duality structure in China is neglected.
