On Villager Autonomy

村民自治是我国实施基层民主的一项重要制度,村民委员会是基层群众性组织,借鉴“公司制”模式处理村委会与村企业、村党委和村民之间的关系,是实现村民自治的方式之一。

Villager autonomy is an important system for China to implement grass-root democracy. The villagers committee is a grass-root organization of the masses. It is a way of realizing villager autonomy to deal with the relation between the villager committee and the village enterprises, the village committee of the CCP and the villagers in the light of “corporation system” model.
