摘要
本文对LHS86-45型平移式花岗石钢砂锯机的设计,提出了一个可供实用的动力学模型和较详细的理论分析及计算方法。锯机视作曲柄滑块机构,并借助计算讥的辅助计算,正确的选取锯框重量为105N,连轩长度为 6.5 m,曲柄长度为 0.26m以及锯机的功率为75 kW等结构参数。同时对设计中的一些理论问题进行了探讨。
For purpose of designing the LHS86-45 granite gang saw with translational motion and steel shot, This paper proposes a dynamic model which can be used for practical analysis and calculating method. The gang saw is regarded as crank block system. By the aid of computer the model can correctly select constructional parameters, such as the weight of saw frame being 105N, the length of connecting rod 6.5 m, crank 0.25 m and the power of the saw 75 kW, ctc. Besides, some theory problems related to the design are discussed.
