抗球皇和独球对人工感染鸡球虫病的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Kang QiuHuang and DuQiu to Artifical Infect Chicken Coccidiosis

试验选用 14日龄健康鸡 140只,随机分为 4组,每组 35只鸡,观察马杜霉素铵与磺胺氯吡嗪钠对鸡球虫病的治疗效果。第一组使用抗球皇,第二组使用独球,第三组感染不投药,第四组作健康对照。在21日龄时对鸡进行球虫人工感染,在感染 4d后开始用药,并记录数据。结果表明,马杜霉素铵和磺胺氯吡嗪钠对试验鸡的增重率和抗球虫指数分别达到了 97. 1%、170. 0和 94. 2%、161. 6。说明马杜霉素铵对鸡球虫病有很好的疗效,而磺胺氯吡嗪钠对鸡球虫病的治疗效果一般。

In the experiment,140 fourteen days old health chickens are selected, and dividing into 4 groups, each group has 35 chickens to observe the curative effect of Maduramicin a meonium and Sulfachloropyrazinum natricum on anticoccidiosis. The first group used KangQiouHuang, the second group used DuQiu,the third group infected and did not offer medicine, the fouth group made health control, the chicken was artificial infected by E.tenella at 21 days old, bagan to use medicine after 4 days, wrote down the date. The results proved that the weight gain percentage and anticoccidian index of Maduramicin a meonium and Sulfachloropyrazinum Natricum reach 97.1%, 170.0 and 94.2%,161.6. The curative effect of Maduramicin a meonium was high-efficient.Sulfachloropyraxinum Natricum hsa general curative effect to the E.tenella .
