蚯蚓对温室土壤中不同微生物类群数量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了揭示蚯蚓活动对温室土壤中不同微生物类群数量的影响,对接种蚯蚓的温室土壤和露地土壤中微生物的数量进行了初步研究。结果表明:接种蚯蚓显著提高了温室土壤中不同微生物类群的数量。与未接种蚯蚓的处理比较, 12月时,温室土壤中细菌增加了 24. 53%,放线菌增加了 39. 46%,真菌增加了29. 71%,总量增加了 25. 81%;露地土壤中细菌增加了 18. 18%,放线菌增加了 29. 45%,真菌增加了 16.24%,总量增加了 21. 14%。4月时,温室土壤中细菌增加了 42. 71%,放线菌增加了 39. 08%,真菌增加了36. 92%,总量增加了 42. 53%;露地土壤中细菌增加了 33. 69%,放线菌增加了 22. 29%,真菌增加了 20.71%,总量增加了 32. 73%。接种蚯蚓的温室土壤中不同微生物类群数量的增幅均高于接种蚯蚓的露地土壤。其中 4月时接种蚯蚓后的温室土壤的细菌增加量高于其他处理。 In order to reveal the effects of earthworm activity on the number of different microbial population in greenhouse soil, a study was carried out on the number of soil microbial population in the greenhouse earthworm-introduced soil and the open-air earthworm-introduced soil. The results showed that earthworm had obvious influences on the number of soil microorganisms. Compared with that of the soil without earthworm, in December, the number of bacteria in the greenhouse soil increased by 24.53%, actinomyces 39.46%, fungi 29.71%, and the total number of the three sorts of microorganisms by 25.81%; the number of bacteria in the open-air soil increased by 18.18%, actinomyces 29.45%, fungi 16.24%, and the total number of the three sorts of microorganisms by 21.14%; in April, the number of bacteria in the greenhouse soil increased by 42.71%, actinomyces 39.08%, fungi 36.92%, and the total number of the three sorts of microorganisms by 42.53%; the number of bacteria in the open-air soil increased by 33.69%, actinomyces 22.29%, fungi 20.71%, and the total number of the three sorts of microorganisms by 32.73%. The increase of different microbial population in the earthworm-introduced greenhouse soil is higher than that in the earthworm-introduced open-air soil. The increase of bacteria in greenhouse earthworm-introduced soil in April is higher than those in any other treatments in the experiment.
