反刍动物挥发性脂肪酸消化代谢规律刍议 被引量:16

A Review on Digestion and Metabolism of Volatile Fatty Acids in Ruminants

摘要 反刍动物瘤胃内的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)是一项很重要的发酵生理指标。VFA来源于微生物对饲料中营养物质的消化分解,在该过程中微生物实现了自身的维持、生长与繁殖,也发挥了给动物提供能量的作用。VFA还是体内体脂、乳脂和血糖的主要前体物质,也可能会诱发瘤胃酸中毒和复胃疾病。笔者综述了反刍动物挥发性脂肪酸消化代谢规律及应用情况,并概述了挥发性脂肪酸的调控技术。
