云南省森林旅游资源现状及发展对策探讨

Exploration on Status Quo of Yunnan Forest Tourism Resource and Development Strategy

云南省森林旅游是林业可持续发展的重要战略措施,是旅游业的有机组成部分和延伸。全省现有森林公园108个,分布在16个地(州、市)的74个县(市、区)。云南省森林旅游资源丰富,景观独特,但森林公园的景区开发及基础设施建设不到位,经营管理跟不上,森林旅游业的发展受到制约。针对森林公园区位优势,结合当地风土人情,突出重点,对森林公园的景区进行科学规划,明确森林旅游产品开发目标,并多方筹集建设资金,注重森林公园经营管理人才的培养和聘用,是促进云南森林旅游业发展的有效途径。

Yunnan forest tourism, an organic composition and extension of tourism industry, is an important strategic measure for sustainable forestry development. There are 108 forest parks in Yunnan, all of which are distributed over 74 counties of 16 prefectures. Although Yunnan has rich forest tourism resource and unique landscape, some problems related to unsatisfied development of forest parks, poor construction of fundamental facilities, and backward operational management, restrict the development of forest tourism industry. Based on these, effective ways to promote Yunnan forest tourism development, such as highlighting regional advantage, combining with local conditions & customs, scientific planning of scenic spots, identifying developmental objectives of tourism products, multi-raising fund for construction, personnel training, are all put forward.
