摘要
介绍了利用NI公司的高速定时器/计数器以及含步进电机的CCD线阵列式位置传感器支架来实现的磁悬挂天平的俯仰和平动姿态控制系统。该系统基于LabVIEW 7. 0平台进行编程,具有操作界面友好直观、姿态控制精度高、便于扩展等特点,是我校设计、加工的“30cm×30cm磁悬挂天平装置”及“30cm×30cm低速高品质气流风洞装置”的重要组成部分。
By using the high speed timer/counter of NI company, the pitching and flat pose control system of MSBS was introduced in this paper. The bracket of this system contained step motion of CCD line array situation sensor. The program of thwas system was based on the LabVIEW 7.0, which can provide a friendly interface, high precision and can be conveniently configured. It is an important part of the “300 mm×300 mm MSBS System” and “30 mm×30 mm low turbulence high quality wind tunnel”.
