复合型铅粘弹性阻尼器的性能试验研究 被引量:29

摘要 介绍了复合型铅粘弹性阻尼器的原理、构造和特点 ,通过对两个阻尼器在不同工况下的性能试验 ,研究了阻尼器的性能 ,给出了复合型铅粘弹性阻尼器的恢复力模型和特征参数。研究结果表明 :复合型铅粘弹性阻尼器具有良好的工作性能 ,在很小的剪切变形 (约 2 0 % )下 ,阻尼器的性能具有椭圆形的粘弹性阻尼器特征 ,剪切变形大于 2 0 %后 ,阻尼器呈现出铅阻尼器的特征 ;阻尼器的恢复力模型可以用考虑强化的双线形模型来描述 ;阻尼器具有较大的变形能力和较好的耗能性能 ,在剪切变形幅值为 5 0 %~ 170 %的情况下 ,其阻尼比在 10 %~ 2 6 %之间变化 ,在单向剪切变形幅值达到 2 5 0 %的情况下 。 In this paper, the principle configuration and characteristicses of the mixed lead viscoelastic damper are introduced. According to performance test of two dampers in various working condition, the behavior of damper is developed. the restoring force model and characteristic parameters of mixed lead viscoelastic damper are perposed. The result showed that :the mixed lead viscoelastic damper has good working performance. when they undergo moderate shear deformation (≤20%), the behavior of the damper have characteristic of elliptical viscoelastic damper. when their shear deformation is larger than 20%, the damper presents the characteristic of the lead damper. the restoring force model of the damper can be described by considering intensive bilinear model.The damper has major deformation capacity and better energy dissipation. when shear deformation amplitude being 50%~170%, its damper ratio varies between 10%~26%. when unidirectional shear deformation amplitude reaches 250%, the tensile failure or crack phenomenon does not appeared in the viscoelastic material and connection of damper.
