分析了彩色显像管电子枪关键零件G1膜片的工艺特点 ,介绍了成形该零件的子模式级进模的排样设计、模具结构 ,并详细介绍了各子模的结构特点。
The technological characteristics of the key part G1diaphragm of the electric gun of the kinescope is analyzed.The layout design and structure of the sub_die_type progressive die for forming the part are introduced.And the structure characteristics of each sub_die are introduced in detail.This successfully manufactured die provides with valuable experience and data for the design and manufacture of high precision progressive dies.
