摘要
介绍了塑料流动中滞流产生的原因和危害以及可能产生滞流的情况 ;在应用MPI软件分析了浇注系统对滞流产生的影响后 ,总结提出了相应的浇注系统设计原则 。
The causes and harms of the plastic melt flow hesitation and some cases in which hesiˉtation might occur are stated.The influences of the runner system on hesitation are analyzed with MPI software and the corresponding design guidelines for the runner system to overcome hesitation effects are summarized,which can serve as a reference to the design of the corresponding injection moulds.
