摘要
社会对经济发达与不发达地区毕业生就业条件的要求是一个尺度,为此,立足现实开拓教育渠道,结合社会发展努力提高高师生的综合素质,是少数民族地区高师院校面临的重要课题。本文主要论述了根据当前我国少数民族地区的现实教育条件,探索提高少数民族地区高师生“以不变应万变”的综合素质的培训模式。
There is no different criterion for students job-hunting whether they come from a developed or an underdeveloped area.Therefore,it is a crucial task for normal colleges in ethnic areas to better the quality of the students and increase their comprehensive competence by broadening avenues of education in accordance with the requirements of social development.Through an analysis of the current situation of areas inhabited by ethnic minorities,the author attempts to explore some new solutions for such areas to foster students with integrated skills qualified for making the same unchanged response to a myriad of changes.
