沙眼衣原体生殖道感染动物模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 沙眼衣原体是最常见的性传播疾病病原体之一,它在泌尿生殖系统引起多种器官的感染甚至导致不孕不育,然而其致病机制目前尚未完全明了。建立合适的动物模型是了解沙眼衣原体感染致病机制、免疫、病理、疾病进展过程以及治疗药物疗效和毒性观察、疫苗研制和疫苗免疫效果评定等的有利桥梁。
