玻璃体视网膜手术治疗眼内后段异物伤

Vitreoretinal surgery for extraction of posterior intraocular foreign bodies

目的 评价玻璃体视网膜手术治疗眼内后段异物伤的疗效。方法 对 17例 (17只眼 )眼内后段异物伤患者施行玻璃体切除、晶状体切除、眼内异物取出、眼内光凝、眼内充填术 ,部分病例结合巩膜外环扎等联合手术。结果 一次性异物摘出率 10 0 %。术后视力提高 12只眼 ,不变 4只眼 ,下降 1只眼。结论 应用玻璃体视网膜手术治疗眼内后段异物伤 ,具有异物摘出成功率高 ,有利于及时处理并发症和恢复有用视力。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery in extracttion of posterior intraocular foreign bodies.Methods 17 cases of 17 eyes trauma with IOFBs were treated with combined operation which included pars plana vitrectomy,extraction of intraocular foreign bodies,lensectomy and intraocular laser photo-coagulation,circular buckling surgery,etc.Results IOFBs in all cases (17 eyes)were extracted successfully,single time.Post-operative visual acuity was improved in 12 eyes,not changed in 4 eyes and decreased in 1 eye.Conclusion It is useful to apply vitreoretinal surgery for posterior intraocular foreign bodies. It is favorable for management of complication and rocovery of visual acuity in the eyes trauma with IOFBs.
