摘要
利用 2 0 0 0年第五次全国人口普查资料和 2 0 0 2年全国九城市流动儿童状况调查资料 ,揭示了我国流动儿童的总量规模及其接受义务教育的基本状况 ,分析了流动儿童义务教育中存在的问题和面临的困难 ,探讨了产生这些问题和困难的原因 ,并提出了解决这些问题的相关对策建议。
Based on data from the 2000 Population Census and the 2002 Survey on the Temporary Migrant Children in 9 Cities of China, this paper explores the size of temporary migrant children and their status of compulsory education. Challenges towards the education for the migrant children and countermeasures are discussed.
