摘要 介绍了利用激光光栅干涉技术进行冲击加速度校准的一种方法,并着重讨论微分加速度的动态特性校准。将冲击加速度和微分加速度直接溯源于基本量和单位(时间和长度);叙述了差动式光栅激光干涉冲击校准装置的原理,介绍了使用调频信号的数字化解调方法和模式识别方法实现数据处理的基本过程;最终给出了被校准的加速度计的微分加速度的频率特性曲线和传递函数的实验结果。结果表明,该方法可以进行加速度计之微分加速度的动态特性的校准测试。 An accelerometer shock dynamic calibration method with a grating laser interference technique is described, and the differential acceleration evaluation is specially discussed. Both the shock acceleration value and the differential acceleration value are directly and absolutely acquired from the base quantity and unit (time and length). The principle of the differential grating laser interferometer shock calibration device is presented. And a dynamic calibration course by using both frequency demodulation and model identification is introduced in detail, it can be applied to data treating of differential acceleration calibration. Finally, an experimental result is given, and it concludes the frequency response curve and the transfer function of differential acceleration.
