摘要
用改性粉煤灰对抗生素废水进行脱色处理试验,考察了改性方法、粉煤灰投加量、pH值等因素对处理效果的影响.试验结果表明:2 mol/L硫酸改性粉煤灰的脱色效率最高,当pH值为6左右、投加量为20~30g/L时脱色效果最好,去除率为67.59%.并对改性粉煤灰与抗生素废水的作用机理进行了探讨.
Modified fly ash was used in a decoloration test of wastewater from antibiotic production, the effects of method of modification, dosage of fly ash, pH value, etc. on the result of treatment were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the fly ash modified by 2 mol/L sulfuric acid had the highest decoloration efficiency. When pH value was about 6 and dosage was 20 ~ 30 g/L, the result of decoloration was the best, the removal rate being 67.59%. The mechanism of the actions of modified fly ash and antibiotic-containing wastewater are also discussed.
