摘要 从理论上分析了变流量系统中压差控制方式(供回水干管压差控制方式和最不利环路末端压差控制方式)的原理,并建立了各自的数学模型,通过数学模型分析了两种控制方式下的系统调节特性和节能情况。并得出结论:水泵相似定律不适用于这两种控制方式;在供回水干管压差控制方式下,系统的调节特性好,但节能效果差;在最不利环路末端压差控制方式下,情况正好相反,系统的调节特性差,但节能效果好。最后,对这两种控制方式的应用场所进行了分析,并为定流量系统的改造提供了参考。 The principle of pressure difference control methods in variable water volume system was analysed theoretically, and the mathematical models of each control method, the supply and return main pipe pressure difference control method and the most disadvantage and remote circuit pressure difference control method, were established. Then the system adjustment characteristics and energy saving of each control method were discussed through the mathematical models. The conclusions were drawn that the pump affinity laws are not applicable under the two control methods, and that the adjustment character is good while the effect of energy saving is bad under the former control method, and that the case is opposite under the latter control method, that is, the adjustment character is bad while the effect of energy saving is good. In the end, the application situation of each control method was analysed, it gives a reference for the alteration of the constant water volume system.
