摘要
采用工业可编程控制系统对电子厂房的中央空调、公用设施进行楼宇自动化控制。对厂房设施、空气处理的过程与系统的组成做了一些介绍;阐述了控制网络的结构,系统的管理,所控制设备与控制器间的通讯及人机界面。经过一年多运行表明该系统具有稳定可靠,精确灵活的特点。
Try to implement industrial PLC as building automation system for HVAC & utilities in electronic plant. The HVAC process, configuration and plant & facility system were introduced. The topology of control network, system management, communication between control equipment and CPU, human machine interface (HMI) were clarified. The system was proved to be a stable flexible and precision control system after more than one year's operation.
