摘要
对多、高层住宅厨房的燃烧废气和烹饪排烟在无机械装置的集中式烟道中的各种自然排烟过程进行热工学和流体力学分析计算,并对该集中烟道的尺寸进行优化设计计算,为试验研究提供理论依据和基础数据。计算结果表明,这种利用热压进行无能耗排烟的方式可应用于30层以下多、高层住宅厨房的排烟,所需烟道尺寸与目前使用机械排烟方式的集中式烟道相当,具有节能、环保的应用前景。
A non-mechanical,centralizing flue is used as a smoke exhaust system for discharging kitchen smoke and burned gas in high-rise residential buildings.In this paper, various natural processes of exhaust were analyzed on the basis of thermodynamics and hydrodynamics.In addition,the optimized size and design of the non-mechanical system were identified.This insight will help to gain a better understanding of its working mechanisms and build a solid foundation for future studies.The current study demonstrated that the space requirements for both non-mechanical and mechanical exhaust systems are highly comparable,and the non-mechanical model can be practically used in high-rise buildings which are less than 30 stories.The non-mechanical system doesn't consume any energy but utilizes heat pressure as a driving force and therefore, it have the advantages such as energy saving, environmental protection.
