对建筑学学生素质教育的探讨

Quality-oriented Education for Students Majored in Architecture

笔者通过教学及设计院工作，接触过不少高校毕业生、实习生，确切感受到在知识经济时代对学生加强综合素质教育势在必行，并就如何加强对建筑学学生素质教育进行探索。认为人才素质的培养工作必须放到世界发展的大环境中来考虑，必须重视社会属性的培养，重视哲学思维法和辩证法学习，重视历史、艺术的培养，重视创造力的培养。

Through his contact with students, graduates and practice-working students in his teaching and design work, the author strongly feels that it's imperative to enhance the comprehensive quality - oriented education for students in times of knowledge - intensive economy.The paper explores the ways to strengthen quality-oriented education for students majored in architecture, believing that the development of personnel quality should be considered against a macro background of the world 's development, and stress must be laid on the fostering of their societal attributes, on the learning of philosophical and dialectical thoughts, on the learning in the fields of art and history, and on the cultivation of their creative ability.
