本文提出建筑专科院校学生所应具备人文知识的重要性，阐述了《大学语文》课程 开设的必要性，以及它在提高建筑专科院校学生的人文素质教育中所产生的积极作用。

This paper states the importance of students possession of the knowledge of humanities in architectural colleges, thus the necessity of the establishment of the 'College Chinese' Curriculum. Expounded is also the curriculum 's active role in the improvement of humanisticquality-oriented education for students in architectural colleges.
