Using the Experience of Other Countries for Reference, Carrying out Our Community Colleges

在建立终身教育体系和构建学习化社会的进程中，社区成人教育担负着十分重要的任务．建立社区成人教育学院是建设天津市高标准职业教育体系的一个重要组成部分．鉴于目前刚刚起步，因此学习和借鉴国外的经验是十分必要的．本文对社区成人教育的概念作了探讨，在介绍美国及其它发达国家社区成人教育经验的基础上进行了综述，并对正在转制的社区学院的建立提出了看法．

The adult community education undertakes an important task in the course iD build up lifelong education system and stricfore a society in which everybody should study. Establishing adult community colleges is one of the component pots to set up higher standard vocational education system. As the course has just begUn, it is very necessary for us to study and use the experiences of other countries for reference. This article approaches the concept of community education and summarizes the experiences of adult community education in USA and in other developed countries. It also gives a view of the writer on establishing community colleges in the transforming course of the education system.
