“消癃通闭”对大鼠前列腺平滑肌α_1肾上腺素受体的拮抗作用

摘要 采用大鼠离体前列腺平滑肌收缩功能实验方法,研究了中药复方”消癃通闭”对α_1-AR的拮抗作用。结果表明:“消癃通闭”使NE介导的大鼠前列腺平滑肌收缩效应曲线平行右移。“消癃通闭”70.0g/L时,使NE的PD_2值由对照时5.1±0.15减少到4.7±0.02,两组间有明显差异(P<0.01)。“消癃通闭”拮抗的PKB值为44.0±14.0gq“消癃通闭”170g/L时,使NE的PD_2值由对照时5.4±0.16,减少到4.6±0.22,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。消癃通闭的拮抗PKB值为30.0±8.0g/L。两种浓度“消癃通闭”间拮抗的PKB值间无显著性差别。提示“消癃通闭”对α_1-AR有拮抗效应。 The antagonism of XLTB(Xiao-Long-Tong-Bi, a Chinese herb comples prescription) on a1 AR was studied with the methods of rats isolated prostatic smooth muscle constraction function. Results: The contraction effect curve of rats smooth muscle , which was induced by NE, was shiftted in parallel to the right with XLTB. With the XLTB of 70.0g/L, the PD2 of NE was decreased from 5.1±0.14 to 4.7±0.02, there is remarkable difference( P <0. 01) The PKB of XLTB's antagonism is 44. 0±14.0g. The PD2 of NE was decreased from 5. 4±0.16 to 4. 6±0. 22 with the XLTB of 170g/L, which has remarkable difference between groops. The PKB of XLTB's antagonist is 30. ±8.0g/L. There is not remarkable difference between two groops of different concentation. The antagonism of XLTB on a1-AR was proved.
