热三子方治疗哮喘的抗炎与祛痰的药理学研究

The pharmacological studies on expectorant and anti-inflammation of a Chinese medical compound Resanzi in asthma therapy

目的 :研究中药热三子方的药理学作用。方法 :参照文献相应的药理学方法进行。结果 :( 1)热三子方能促进气管段酚红排泌量。 ( 2 )热三子方能抑制致炎物质 (二甲苯 )引起的炎性肿胀 ,降低炎症区域毛细血管通透性。结论 :中药热三子方具有良好的祛痰和抗炎作用。

Objective:To investigate the pharmacological action of a Chinese medical compound Resanzi. Methods: According to the pharmacological methods in literaties. Results: (1) Resanzi increased the contents of phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in bronchial tubes.(2) Resanzi inhibited the edemas which were induced by edematogenic substances(xylene),and inhibited the permeability of blood capillary of inflammatory tissue.Conclusions: Resanzi had a good effect of expectorant and anti-inflammation.
