电针加TDP照射治疗坐骨神经痛185例疗效观察

目的 :研究电针加TDP照射治疗坐骨神经痛的效果。方法 :取穴主穴为肾俞、环跳、委中、承山 ,配穴为殷门、昆仑透太溪 ,进针得气后 ,针柄上连接导线 ,电针仪采用上海产 6 80 5-Ⅱ型电针治疗仪 ,波型选用疏密波 ,频率为 2 0～ 30次 /分。TDP选用重庆硅酸盐研究所产品。每次治疗 30分钟 ,每天 1次 ,1周为 1疗程 ,2个疗程之间休息 2天。结果 :共治疗 185例 ,痊愈6 5例 ,占 35% ;显效 96例 ,占 52 % ;好转 2 0例 ,占 10 % ;无效 4例 ,占 2 % ;总有效率 97.8%。

Objective: Study the curative effect of treating sciatica with galvano-acupuncture and TDP irradiation. Method: Select Shenshu point、Huantiao point、weizhong point and Chengshan point as main points, and Yinmen, inserting the needle from Kunlun towards Taixi the combination of points. After inserting the needle and obtaining the needling sensation, connect the needle handle and wires. The galvano-acupuncture therapeutic device is 6805-Ⅱmade in Shanghai. Wave type is mild spacing wave. The frequency is 20-30 times per minute. TDP is made in Chongqing silicate institute. Treat 30 minutes each time, once a day. One week is a course and have two-day break between two courses. Result: Among 185 cases, recovery 65 cases, 35 percent; obvious effect 96 cases, 52 percent; no obvious effect 20 cases, 10 percent; no effect 4 cases, 2 percent; the total effective percent is 97.8.
