摘要 一、高层管理团队内部冲突与绩效的关系冲突是组织在正常运作下常见的一种现象,是无法回避的事实。即使在那些经验、知识很丰富,组织决策能力很强的经理人员们组成高层管理团队中也不可能例外。研究显示,高层管理团队内部的冲突对绩效的影响是多方面、多维度的。
