摘要 小肠黏膜下层(SIS)已广泛应用于多种组织如膀胱、肌腱、韧带、硬脑膜和血管等的修复,具有部位特异的组织再生能力,在部分组织缺损的修复中,可获得结构和功能上的重建,但在某些组织如输尿管也存在粘连与功能不能重建的问题,尚需进一步的研究。SIS可望作为生物材料广泛应用于组织修复。 Small intestinal submucosa (SIS) were widely used in many kind of tissue(bladder, tendon, dural, and vascular et al) repair. SIS has ability of remodeling of tissue structure and function. SIS has some problems(adhesion and narrow in urethra repair) needed study further. SIS can be widely used in tissue repair.
