摘要 研究了RP-HPLC测定大豆中6种磺酰脲类除草剂多残留量的方法。样品经乙腈提取,正己烷分配,florisil柱净化,然后采用HPLC-DAD外标法定量。在0.1 ̄10.0礸/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9996 ̄0.9997。在0.05 ̄2mg/kg浓度范围内,平均加标回收率在69.8% ̄100.7%之间,相对标准偏差为1.89% ̄10.43%,方法的最低检出限为20礸/kg。 Research was conducted on an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six sulfonylurea herbi- cides in soybeans. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, followed by partitioning with hexane. After florisil column clean-up, sulfonylurea herbicides were analyzed by HPLC-DAD and quantified using an external standard. A good linear response occurred in the range of 0.1 to 10.0 礸/ml, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 to 0.9997. Average recoveries in spiked soybean sampless ranged from 69.8 to 100.7%, and relative standard deviations between 1.89 and 10.43%. The limit of detection was 20 礸/kg.
