纤蛇纹石模板组装半导体量子线的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 半导体量子线是一类应用潜力很大的纳米材料,以天然纳米管——纤蛇纹石为模板进行半导体量子线的组装是一种很有前途的方法。本文从纤蛇纹石模板组装半导体量子线的组装方法以及得到的半导体量子线的性能与应用等几方面阐述了纤蛇纹石组装半导体量子线的研究现状,并对现有各种组装方法。 Semiconductor quantum wires are one kind of nano materials,which have huge applied potential.Using the natural nano tube chrysotile asbestos as template for assembling semiconductor quantum wires is a promising method.This paper summarizes the research actualities about chrysotile asbestos template assembled semiconductor quantum wires by means of concluding the assemble methods,the capabilities and applications of the gained semiconductor quantum wires.At last,discusses the assembling methods,and forecasts further research directions and potential applications about the semiconductor quantum wires.
